Loving mother of Frances (Doug) Mullen, Peter (Sheri) and Robert. Beloved Nan to grandchildren Alexa (Kevin), Andre (Nicola), Tamara, Patryk, Adrianne (Neil), Aaron, Nicole, Kylie, Kadee, Khloe, and Kolten and 9 great-grandchildren. She will also be lovingly remembered by her sister Deanna, brother Art and many nieces, nephews and friends. Mary is reunited with her husband of 23 years, Stanley William Glennie (1984). She is also predeceased by her brothers Frank, John, Bob and Gordon.
Mary was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia and moved to Ontario in the late 1950’s. Over the years she lived and worked in Toronto and Owen Sound area before moving to Cambridge. She retired almost 20 years ago from working as a counsellor in a Group Home.
The family wishes to thank all of the caregivers that have assisted Mary for their compassion.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service to celebrate her life will take place at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at 1 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations in Mary’s memory to Cambridge Memorial Hospital Foundation towards Mental Health Services would be appreciated by her family.
