Beloved wife and best friend of Barry for 47 years. Loving Mum to Paul (Trisha) and Michael (Cheryl) and proud and loving Nanny to Sophie, Jackson, Alex, Fraya, Isla, and Freddie. She will also be lovingly remembered her siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Pat loved reading, shopping, going to the beach and travelling, playing darts, playing games of all kinds, but most importantly she loved her family and grandchildren.
The family would like to extend their appreciation and gratitude to the staff and volunteers of Lisaard House for the special care and compassion that they all received.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Clement's Catholic Church. Details will be posted once they have been confirmed. Guests will be asked to register their attendance via the link that will be under the 'Donations' tab once we have finalized the details. All guests will be required to wear a face covering, social distance, supply their name and phone number for contact tracing, and follow the instructions of the funeral home staff.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to Lisaard House would be appreciated by her family.
