Ronald Whitney Totman

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ronald Totman of Cambridge, Ontario, who passed away peacefully in the early morning of Saturday, October 17th, 2026, at the age of 54, with his loving family by his side.

Born on April 3rd, 1972, Ron spent his early years blissfully in Parry Sound, Ontario, before venturing to Cambridge. He spent most of his working years alongside his father at Wavell Electric.

He loved spending time with family and friends in Preston, especially the trips to the cottage, once again, alongside his father.

Ron was predeceased by his mother, Lillian Totman (2009); his father, Barton Totman (2022); and his sister, Denise Totman (2013).

He will be lovingly remembered by his partner of 30 years, Crystal Hancock, and his only son, Jonathan Hancock.

Ron will be greatly missed by his sisters-in-law: Jennifer (Shawn), Vicki (Ruth), and Tanya (Sheldon). His brothers-in-law: Jody (Mawie) and Gordie. As well as his many beloved nieces and nephews: Erica, Mackenzie, Cody, Mya, Lyla, Jodi, Isabelle, Jackelynne, Sarah, and Kyle.

He will also be fondly remembered by his Aunt Helen, as well as his many cousins and friends.

Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations to Liver Foundation Canada would be greatly appreciated.
