78. Taken from us too soon, Brian will be remembered for the warmth, humour, and kindness he brought to everyone he met.
Born in Campbellton, NB, Brian grew up in the close-knit Brookside neighborhood he cherished throughout his life. He dedicated 35 years to education, teaching in the Townships of Quebec for 13 years before moving to Mission, BC, where he served as an administrator until his retirement in 2012. Remembered for his loving devotion as a father, his humour and kindness toward all, and his encouraging approach, he inspired and empowered generations of students, colleagues, and athletes to achieve their very best.
Above all, Brian treasured his family and friends. He had a special bond with animals, especially dogs, who seemed naturally drawn to him. A lifelong sports enthusiast, he followed his favorite baseball and basketball teams with unwavering passion and enthusiasm.
