Dale Thomas

Dale was born on March 12, 1952, in Campbellton, NB, to the late Vernon Duncan Thomas and the late Fern Adeline Irvine.

Dale worked until his retirement at the Atholville Mill as a Digester Cook, where he spent many dedicated years and formed lasting connections with those he worked alongside. He took pride in his work and was respected for his knowledge, commitment, and strong work ethic.

He spent his final days reconnecting with family and enjoying his retirement. A quiet and private gentleman, he was reserved by nature but deeply devoted to his children, grandchildren, sisters, and close friends.

He will be remembered for his sharp mind, kind heart, and remarkable ability with numbers. He was well-informed and curious, and when he did not know something, he could always be counted on to research it thoroughly. Independent and strong-willed, he held firmly to his convictions and had a unique personality that made him truly one of a kind.

He is survived by his son, Christopher (Nadia) Thomas, daughters; Amanda Thomas, and Ashley (Matthew) Boudreau, his grandchildren; his sisters; Joan (Lorne) Irvine, Ethel (Llewellyn) Boudreau, Jocelyn Thomas, Wendy Thomas, Kimberley Thomas and extended nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his son, Timothy Thomas, and sisters: Judith (Blaine) Mann, Jacqueline Thomas, and Tammy Thomas.

Respecting his wishes, there will be no funeral or visitation at the funeral home. A celebration of life will be held at the Robinsonville Community Center on July 27, 2026, 4- 7 p.m.
