

Doris was born on November 13, 1930 in Campbellton, NB to the late Exilda (Arseneault) and the late Peter Thomas LeBlanc.
Doris worked at the Hotel Dieu as a receptionist until she married and had children. She loved cross country skiing, canoeing with friends, playing cards, skating and walking. Doris loved to have her family over and cherished her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Lise (Andy) Letourneau, Monique (Geoffrey) Myers, Suzanne (Peter) Gallant, Jean Pierre (Leah) Allard, her brother Pete (Joan) Leblanc, Eugene (Gisele) Leblanc.
Her grandchildren Jennifer, Stephanie, Nicolle, Paul, James, Steven, Alexandre, Amy, Michelle, great grandchildren Lauren, Avery, Joel, Judah, Cyrus, Daxton, Owen, Myles, Leona and Grand.
Besides her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her five brothers, Leo, Laurie, George, Aurele and Craig.
The family would like to thank the home care workers (Nathalie, Solange, Lisette, Judi, Janette, Marie Claude, Jessica, Cynthia and Andy) as well as the Extra-Mural nurses (Gaetane and Staphanie), for the wonderful care given to her and for treating our mother with compassion and dignity.
A funeral service will be held at Maher’s funeral Chapel, 64 Lansdowne St., Campbellton on Monday October 2, 2023 at 11:00 am.
The family will welcome family and friends at Maher’s funeral Home, 33 Lansdowne St., Campbellton on Sunday October 1, 2023 from 2:00 to 4:00 and on Monday at the Chapel from 10:00 am until time of service.
