Ronald "Oscar" Metallic

Ronald was born on September 20, 1953, in Campbellton, NB, to the late Robert Metallic and the late Benedicta Morrison.

Ronald worked as an Iron Worker with Local 7 in the early years and as a Ranger with the Listuguj Mi’gmaq Government until his retirement in 2011. Being a big fan of hockey, you could see him at all the local hockey games. Ronald loved to have family and friends over and cherished his grandchildren.

He leaves behind: his Grandchildren: August Morrison, Tylar Morrison, Braeden Morrison, Ryden Morrison, Markie Morrison and Bryson Barnaby and one greatgrandchild Nylah Morrison.

His sisters Elisabeth Stacey, Carol Metallic, Bernadette Metallic Isaac and Valerie Metallic and his brother Raymond Metallic.

He was predeceased by: his late wife Lorna Isaac and his daughter, Audra Metallic, his sisters, Blanche Metallic, Sheila Metallic, Robert Metallic Jr. and Adrian Metallic.

A funeral mass for Ronald will be held on March 17, 2026, at 3:00 pm at the Listuguj Community Centre, with visitations starting at 11:00 am at the Community Centre.
