Shawn was born in Windsor, ON on May 29, 1969 to the late James William Ott and the late Anna Lilly Briffa.
Shawn worked as an autobody mechanic as well as a marine mechanic. Shawn was adored by brother James and Sister Jamie
He leaves behind his daughter Alexa and son Jared. He had an extended family of nieces and nephews who loved him
