It is with heavy hearts and loving remembrance that we announce the passing of Wayne Alison Anderson, a man whose life was defined by boundless energy, strength, and a deep love for those around him. Though he was not perfect, to us, he was nothing short of extraordinary just as he was. Wayne lived life with passion and authenticity. His hands were always busy, whether working/building, or creating. There, he found his peace. Music, especially the powerful sound of Metallica, filled his soul. As he would drive through the night, never shying away from the joy of being fully himself. Laughter was never far behind, and he knew how to brighten the day with a smile or a kind word.
He had a special connection with the outdoors, finding solace in the woods and the river, places that called to him. Fueling his desire to explore and experience life with every passing moment. He had an insatiable wanderlust, and a spirit, that never stopped seeking adventure. Above all, Wayne was a man of deep affection, never hesitant to show his love and appreciation, for those who mattered most to him. His warmth, humor, and larger than life personality. Will be deeply missed, but his legacy of living with heart and courage, will live on in all of us. Now, as we say goodbye, we know that he is chasing the sunset. Forever in search, of the next, great adventure. May he rest in peace, knowing he was loved beyond measure, and left a lasting imprint on the hearts of all who knew him.
Respecting the family’s wishes, there will be no funeral or visitation at the funeral home. Until late spring, in which there will only be a gravesite service, date to be determined.
