Birtha Farrell Yow

Birtha (Rich) Farrell Yow at age 79, of Greenville, Texas passed away on Monday, September 12, 2022. Birtha was born Sunday, June 13, 1943 in Anadarko, Oklahoma to Lillian Thomas and Henry Rich. She was one of 12 kids. She lived a very full life. In between marriage and having four kids, she enjoyed sewing and was a truck driver for 20 years. She leaves behind three siblings; Earl Rich, Loretta Hipp, Harvey Rich; two children, Darlene Yow-May, Kevin Yow. Six grandchildren, Justin May, Jerrad Yow, Jennifer Diaz, Andrew May, Kaden Yow, and Kollin Yow, and one great grandchild Aiden Diaz. She is preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Ules Rich, Elgin Rich, Marvin Rich, Alvin Rich, Floyd Rich, Al Rich, Luetta Rich, and Barbara Rich; three husbands, Jerry L. Yow, Herbert Pagett, and Howard Kraus; two of her children, Dawne Annette Fairyl Yow, Jerry D. Yow; and granddaughter, Chala Rae Yow. A visitation for Birtha will be held under the direction of Metrocrest Funeral Home on Thursday, September 15, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Metrocrest Funeral Home, 1810 N Perry Rd, Carrollton, TX 75006. A committal service will occur Friday, September 16, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Restland Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville ave, Dallas, TX 75423.
