"Suzie" Charlotte Monroe, age 78, of Carrollton, Texas passed away on Monday, January 24, 2022. Charlotte was born March 23, 1943 in Stockton, California to Hubert F. Johnson and Velda (Sagaser) Johnson. Survivors include her husband, Allen Monroe; Daughter, Tammy Poteet (Kyle); Siblings Marlene Alejandre, Patricia Spain, and Hubert E. Johnson; many nieces and nephews and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her son, Bobby Bailey.
