Cleva was born on January 12, 1938 and passed away on May 17, 2023. She was 85 years, 4 months and 5 days old on her final day. She was predeceased by her parents Harvey Kenneth Wiley and Mary Catherine Petitt and by her sister Helen Louise Stafford. She is survived by her spouse Alan Patrick Higgins and by5 sisters in their order of birth: Phyllis Ann Fox, Sharon Quintana, Shirley Suzanne Hernandez, Janet Kay Barringer and Shiela Kay Petitt. She is also survived by 3 Children and 3 grandchildren in their order of birth: James Wiley Bolt, Robert William Bolt, Laurel Lynn Bolt, Amber Marie Tofilon, Peyton Mello Bolt and Reese Mello Bolt. Finally, last but not least 2 great grandchildren in their order of birth: Matthew Tofilon and Sophie Tofilon.
