Elsie passed away peacefully on Monday July 6, 2015 at 3:45 am. She is survived by son, Stephen and daughter Candice Sprabary along with 5 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by husband, Frank Stephen Hankins, daughter Susan and son John Hankins. Elsie was born in Golden Bay and raised in Beausejour, Manitoba, Canada in a loving family of 11 children. She was a devoted wife, mother and friend and cherished her family. She was a long time member of First Methodist Church of Carrollton. A Visitation will be held at First Methodist Church of Carrollton on Saturday July 11, 2015 10:00 am with the Funeral Service begining at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Hilltop Memorial Park.
