

Mary Helen Juarez, age 68, of Dallas, TX passed away on September 16, 2024. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, sister-in-law, daughter and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Mary Helen was born in Gonzales, Texas on January 14, 1956, to Johnny Juarez Sr. and Margaret Juarez. She spent her childhood and teenage years in Cuero, Texas until moving to Dallas, Texas in 1981. Mary Helen had such a kind heart and loved spending time with her grandkids, great grandkids and sons. Her eyes would light up when they would come to visit, they all meant the world to her. Mary Helen helped so many people over the course of her life and would move mountains for any of them.
Mary Helen spent more than 15 years as a Home Health Care aide, continuing in this role until her retirement. She felt immense pride in providing care to all the individuals she encountered during her career, and her dedication to caring for her loved ones was even stronger. Mary Helen devoted herself to looking after her mother, Margaret, and her brother, Johnny, up until their passing.
Mary Helen is preceded in death by her daughter Jessica Garibay, her parents Johnny and Margaret Juarez, her brother Johnny Juarez Jr., and grandmother Elena Chapa.
Mary Helen is survived by her sons: Paul Garibay III of Dallas, Texas; James and wife Letty Garibay of Cedar Hill, Texas; Jeffery and wife Jessica Garibay of Irving, Texas; Fabian Garibay of Dallas, Texas; eight grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
Sister: Sylvia Juarez of Dallas, Texas, Brothers: Joe and wife Mary Juarez of Cuero, Texas; Robert and wife Rosie Juarez of Houston, Texas; In addition to many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A visitation for Mary Helen is scheduled at Calvary Hill Funeral Home at 3223 Lombardy Lane Dallas, Texas 75220 for Friday October 4, 2024, from 11:00AM-1:00PM followed by the funeral service that will begin at 1:00pm.
