Tom grew up in Carrollton, Texas. He attended R.L. Turner High School, class of 1984. He called Carrollton home for all of his adult life.
Tom is preceded in death by his mother, Carolyn Folkes; his father, Jim Folkes; and his brother, Ron Folkes.
We will always remember Tom for his wonderful sense of humor and quick wit, as well as how he doted on his cats.
A memorial service for Thomas will be held Saturday, June 29, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Metrocrest Funeral Home, 1810 N Perry Rd, Carrollton, Texas 75006.
