COOLIDGE — Elma Eloisa Solano, 83, of Coolidge died on March 21, 2011, in Casa Grande.Rosary was recited at 6 p.m. Monday at St. James Catholic Church. Visitation was from 5 to 7 p.m. and beginning at 9 a.m. Tuesday. Funeral Mass was celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday by the Rev. Virgilio Tabo. Burial was in Florence Cemetery.Ms. Solano was born on Nov. 9, 1927, in Winkelman and was a daughter of Jim and Teresa Sellick. She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family, going to casinos, cooking, cleaning and taking care of herself.Survivors include two daughters, Nadine Gortariz of Coolidge and Delia Figueroa of Mesa; a son, John Solano of Mesa; a sister, Teresa Pena of Globe; two brothers, Alonzo Sellick of Miami and Sonny Sellick of California; 20 grandchildren; and 33 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Gregory Solano, and three sisters, Flora Riveras, Grace Marine and Caroline Solano.J.
