James served proudly in the U.S Air Force from 1958 - 1962. On November 10, 1961 he married the love of his life, Betty, in Garden Grove, California. He was a retired Teamster Bread Truck Driver. He enjoyed golf, working on cars and traveling.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Mobley of Florence and son, Steven (Debbie) Mobley of Florence. He was preceded in death by one son, James Edward Mobley; parents, Hiram and Nancy Mobley; siblings, Maxine, Gayle, Edward and Janice.
