Michael is survived by his two brothers, Gregory and Cruz Lewis Jr., along with one sister, Jewel Lewis. His nieces and nephews, Cecilia, Phillip, Ashley Lewis and Zada Osife-Lewis.
He is preceded in death by his parents and two siblings, Margaret and Steve Lewis.
Michael's presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at 5:30 a.m. in Blackwater West Cemetery in Blackwater.
The arrangements are being handled by J. Warren Funeral Services.
