Mr Willis was born in Chapel Hill, Texas. She married Fletcher Willis in 1948 and lived in Tulia, TX. She was a certified nursing assistant and worked at Swisher Memorial Hospital in Tulia until she moved to Casa Grande in 1989. She loved going to church and church activities and spending time with her family.
