Susan Lynn Heard Bloomquist, 65, of Casa Grande, died Thursday, Oct. 16, 2014.Born March 7, 1949, Susan was a lifelong resident of Casa Grande.As a nurse’s aide, special education aide, wife and mother, she was a loving and gifted caregiver who would do anything to help someone in need, her family said. Survivors include her husband of 45 years, Dennis Bloomquist; two daughters, Kim Ehlbeck of Chandler and Heather Bloomquist of San Francisco; one brother, James Heard of Thailand; three sisters, Donna Branum of Casa Grande, Becky James of Casa Grande and Karen Biondich of Peoria; and two grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Viola Heard; and a sister, Phyllis Koretz.A celebration of life memorial is from 2 to 4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 24, 2014, at the Branum residence, 813 N. Coolidge Ave., Casa Grande. J. Warren Funeral Services has charge of arrangements.
