Jackaline (Jackie) Mae Pesicka, 58, of Onalaska, Wash., passed away Feb. 4, 2012, due to leukemia and a major stroke to the left side of her brain at Harborview Medical Center surrounded by her family and friends. She was born May 22, 1953, in Chewelah, Wash., the daughter of Birdie Perkins and Art Green. She was one of five children.
Jackie was an employee at the Providence Hospital in Centralia.
She is survived by her daughter Lorrie Pesicka of Onalaska, Wash., son Tony Lyons of Morton Wash., and her youngest son Stanley (Bud) Pesicka of Chehalis, Wash., granddaughters, Jacyn and Kylee, grandson Caden and her sister Terry Perkins, her niece Mindi Perkins and nephews Luke Perkins and Jim Perkins. She was a very loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.
There is a memorial service scheduled for Saturday Feb. 18, 2012 at 1:00 p.m., at Sticklin Funeral Chapel, 1437 S. Gold in Centralia. Funeral Director assisting the family is Elizabeth Heizer.
