Born in Violet Prairie, Washington on November 13th, 1934, passed away August 4th, 2023 in Chehalis Washington.
Ruth was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Henry "Lee" Long, as well as her 15 brothers and sisters.
She leaves behind her 7 children: Lavina Long and her two children Jeremy and Sarina;
Robert Long and his daughter Jessica; Deborah Parrish and her son Zachary; Ramona Power and her 2 sons Kevin and Raymond; Mary McMurray and her 2 sons Kristopher and Patrick; Rebekah Long; Nathan Long and his daughter Brooke; and 11 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Ruth loved her family above all except her Heavenly Father. She was a prayer warrior who often sat up at night praying for those God laid upon her heart.
God answered prayers to the end as he took her peacefully into his Kingdom.
