In addition to her parents, Anita was preceded in death by her step-father, Kemp Snipes; grandparents, Zeb and Aurelia Rowell Hannon; uncle, Zeb Rowell Jr.; aunts, Edna Bingham, and Helen Burkovich.
Anita leaves behind her sister, Anette Smith of Monroe, NC; brother-in-law, Larry Cline of Mint Hill; nephews, Alan Cline of Charlotte, Doug Cline and wife Lisa of Stanfield, NC; great-nephew, Cody Cline; great- nieces, Callie and Cristen Cline; aunt Patsy Rowell of Kernersville, and numerous cousins.
She also leaves behind two very special friends, Virginia Strickhouser and family, and Michael Miles.
Funeral services will be held at Northside Baptist Church, 333 Jeremiah Blvd in Charlotte, NC on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at 11:00am. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in Gethsemane Memorial Gardens in Charlotte.
