Cecil Winn Dawson Laird, age 79, of Charlotte, North Carolina passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2025.

She is survived by her husband, William Edmond Laird. She was predeceased by her parents, George Cecil Dawson and Nell Winn Hinton Dawson.

Cecil will be laid to rest in Paris City Cemetery in Paris, Kentucky.
