David was born in Grosse Pointe, Michigan to Linda and Carl Fuller and was the third born child. David grew up with great grandparents, Veda and Dewey Fuller in Haysi, Virginia.
David graduated from Haysi High School in 1985 and University of Virginia’s College at Wise (previously known as Clinch Valley College) in 1989. David spent his entire professional career in the banking industry. He was most recently Vice President and Portfolio Manager with Wells Fargo.
David was a godfather to Giovanni Fuller, son of Tom and Deanna Fuller.
David is survived by his partner, Jay Cheong, parents Linda Fulller and Carl Fuller, and siblings Lisa Colson, Tom Fuller and Peter Fuller. David is preceded in death by sister Cindy Fuller.
