A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 22, 2015 at McEwen Mint Hill Chapel with visitation at 1:00 p.m. prior to services. Interment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens.
Mrs. Starnes was born April 3, 1929 in Charlotte. She is survived by her children; David Starnes, Jr. (Sheila), Diane Kinard (Haskell), Patrick Starnes (Vickie); six grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
