Ezekiel McClung

With a weighty heart, Suni and I want to tell everyone that our Lord's will for Ezekiel's life has been revealed. While the doctors who had delivered Ezekiel thought his life would be spent in hours, it was God's will that that life would be spent loving and laughing for 13 years, 9 months and 4 days! We have been blessed to be given that time and blessed even more to hold his memory and the lessons he taught us for the rest of our time. Ezekiel loved life. He loved his family. He loved his friends. He loved his church family. He loved to laugh and most beautiful of all, he loved Jesus. He is now realizing what Jesus promised him...a place prepared for him.

He is safe now and Revelation 21:4 speaks well, "He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.” Ezekiel is in pain no more and neither is he crying, for his eyes of faith have been replaced with eyes of sight...he can see His Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

We thank you for all your prayers...for all the love that we have received and the prayers and love that is yet waiting. With tears, we thank you.

We are burdened and heartbroken at the loss of our precious Ezekiel. But God has indeed been near the broken hearted and rescued us whose spirits have been crushed...He has taken our Ezekiel home! That eases the painful road we have been given to walk. God be glorified!
