Giuseppe Marasa

Born in Sicily, Italy and raised in Long Island, New York, Giuseppe worked in the Automotive industry for over 30 years before moving to Charlotte in 2021. He was a lover of life and family, and so proud of his Italian heritage. Nothing was more important to him than family. Giuseppe was the best husband, father, and friend. There was nothing he couldn't do. Giuseppe could fix anything, build anything, and loved to cook. He always wanted to lend a helping hand, even to strangers. He had a heart of gold and will be sorely missed by so many.

His father, Benedetto Marasa predeceased him.

Giuseppe is survived by his wife of 35 years, Carla; sons, Benedetto (wife, Jacey), Anthony, and Nicholas; mother, Angela; sister, Santina and brother, Salvatore.

A memorial mass for Giuseppe will be held Saturday, January 20th, 2024 at 10:00 AM at McEwen Funeral Service-Mint Hill Chapel, 7428 Matthews-Mint Hill Road, Mint Hill, NC 28227.
