Pop, it will not be the same when we come home, not seeing your smiling face and talking with you around the dinner table about the days you spent at war and how much you loved your family.  I miss you but I'm so thankful I became part of such a loving, caring family.  So thankful I will see you again one day.  I'm so blessed to be married to your oldest son, Wayne, for he has so many of your wonderful traits. Rest in peace until we meet again.  Love, Jan

We have had the pleasure of being neighbors and church members with J.W., Edith, and family for almost 50 years. What a truly wonderful family. We love you all, and as always are here if you need us.

Our hearts are saddened as we read about the loss of such a dear sweet man. I had the priviledge of meeting J.W. only once when Carol and I came to talk about Wilson/Thompson family genealogy but what a precious visit we had. God has called him Home and while it is our loss, it is definitely J.W.'s gain. Our sympathy and prayers goes out to Edith and the children.
