Jack passed away Sunday afternoon, April 12, 2015 in Charlotte. He was 85 years old.
Born November 19, 1929 in Charlotte, North Carolina, he was a son of the late Jack and Georgia Stone.
Jack Stone and his father were the owners of the Jack Stone Radiator Shop on North Tryon Street for many years. He was a very generous man with his time and resources. Jack always agreed to help people in any way that he could.
He is survived by his cousins, Bette Chastain of Statesville, NC, Candy Susco of Charlotte, NC, Richard McCall of Clearwater, FL, Sylvia King of Charlotte, NC and Barbara Polk of Charlotte, NC; and his dear friends, Johnnie Kalasountas and Terry Wheeler.
The graveside service is to be conducted at ten o’clock in the morning on Thursday, the 16th of April at Evergreen City Cemetery, 4426 Central Avenue, Charlotte, NC 28205.
