Joan Cunningham passed away on Sunday, October 28th, 2018, almost exactly one year since the passing of her beloved husband, Don Cunningham, who passed away on October 29th, 2017. She was 88 years old.
The above picture of her when she was 55, was her husband’s favorite photo of her. She was born on September 30th, 1930.
Joan is survived by her older brother Sam Lauer of Seneca, PA; daughter Stacy Sapko; sons Patrick and Erin Cunningham; four grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Joan and Don resided in Seneca, PA until retirement and then moved to Florida.
She requested no service to be held and will be greatly missed by her family.
The family requests any memorials be made in her honor at your local animal shelter.
