Phyllis Jean Mills passed Thursday, June 26, 2014 in her home at J.Iverson Riddle Center, Morganton, North Carolina.
Phyllis was born March 31,1956 to her mother Broadus (Sturgis) Mills and father Walter Wayne Mills . Phyllis leaves her loving brother Larry Wayne Mills and his wife Cynthia Mills.
A Graveside service will be held Tuesday July 1, 2014 in the Sunset Memory Gardens Cemetery, 8901 Lawyers Rd. Charlotte at 3:30 pm
