Andrew C. Patrick – 69, of Chattanooga, Tennessee passed away Saturday, January 30, 2010, at his residence.He was the son of the late Harold and Azalea Patrick and was preceded in death by his brother, Richard Patrick.He was a member of Morris Hill Baptist Church.Andy was a 1958 graduate of Etowah High School and a 1962 graduate of the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. He worked many years in the Chattanooga area as a Certified Public Accountant.Survivors include his wife, Mary Anne Patrick, three children, Judith P. (Mike) Nelson, of Soddy-Daisy, TN., Jennifer Crews, of Chattanooga, TN., Tim (Michelle) Patrick, of Harrison, TN., six grandchildren, Lauren (Chase) Putnam, Hayley Dupre, Mary Ellyn Dupre, Michael Nelson, Katie Patrick, Carrie Patrick, four siblings, Jack (Fern) Patrick, of Orange Co., CA., Sue McMurray, of Madisonville, TN., Don (Pat) Patrick, of McKinney, TX., Jerry (Sandra) Patrick, of Knoxville, TN., father and mother-in-law, Hugh and Ruth Hampton, of Benton, TN., two sisters-in-law, Rebecca Patrick, of Morristown, TN., Judy Hampton, of Benton, TN., and several nieces and nephews.Memorial services will be held 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 3, 2010, in the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Millard officiating.The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m., Wednesday at the funeral home.
