She was born May 16, 1932 in Acworth, Cobb County, Georgia. She was a longtime member of Silverdale Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband Edgar L. Prince, her parents Tom and Mamie Scott, her brothers Marvin, Odus, Hoyt, Howard, and Hayden and sisters Helen and Edith, niece Gail and nephews George, Eber and Houston.
She is survived by nieces and nephews, Ann Williams, Kay Janeway, Herman (Butch) Scott, Robert (Bobby) Scott, Deborah Baily, Jane Costa, David Scott, John Scott, Tony McCuiston, Linda Kane, Sharon Kisor, Kim Hicks, Timothy Wright and Gregory Wright. She is also survived by 38 grand nieces and nephews and 41 great grand nieces and nephews.
