

She was the daughter of the late Roy and Buford Berry and was preceded in death by her husband, Chaplain Paul Dean Davis, three sons, Rodger Alan Davis, Randal Gordon Davis, Matthew Howard Davis and her brother, Roy Berry, Jr.
She graduated from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas and received a master’s degree in music from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Charlotte was an avid reader and enjoyed music, knitting, fishing and traveling.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Crossett, Arkansas.
Survivors include her daughter, Paula Ann Davis, of Ooltewah, TN, two grandchildren, Kaitlyn Ann Davis, of Bowling Green, KY, Laura Ann Davis, of Birchwood, AL, sister, Barbara (Kenna) Mansfield, of South Haven, MS, special niece, Debra Summers, of Crossett, AR, and several great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m., Friday, April 5, 2019, in the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with Rev. J. Glenn Moseley officiating. Interment will follow in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Friday, April 5, 2019, at the funeral home.
