She was a member of Woodland Park Baptist Church and resided at Shallowford Morning Pointe Assisted Living during the last years of her life.
She attended Chattanooga High School where she was a member of the basketball team and Student Council.
She was preceded in death by her mother Ruby H. Pelham and brother John Thomas Pelham. She is survived by her daughter Connie (John) S. Williams and daughter Cathy S. Mowery, three grandsons Cory (Tiffany) S. Stott, Josh (Brittany) L. Mowery, Matt (Lindsey) S. Mowery and four great grandchildren Jenna L. Mowery, Beckham A. Mowery, Jaxon W. Mowery and William E. Stott.
All who knew “Dot” acknowledged her sunny countenance and sweet smile. She loved the Lord and her family.
The family would like to thank Morning Pointe Shallowford Staff for the loving and dedicated care that they provided. Thank you also to the staff of Grace Home Primary Care and Guardian Home Health Care.
Due to the current health crisis, the family will hold a private family graveside service.
