Raymond “Bud” Johnson, 87, of McDonald, TN, passed away Wednesday, December 31, 2014. A lifelong resident of McDonald, he was owner of Bud’s Coffee Service and co-owner of Superior Catering Services and was a retired farmer. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Larue Johnson. Survivors include his son, Jackie (Darlene) Johnson, McDonald; daughter Lynda (Dean) Cofer; grandchildren, Jamie (John) Shamblin, Jason (Misty) Johnson, Joyce Johnson Dino Cofer and Dewalla Cofer Dunsmore; five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in the Valley View Chapel with the Dr. David McNabb officiating. Interment will be in Lee Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. Friday at the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory & Florist, 7414 Old Lee Highway.
