Robert Anthony Wilkens

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Chattanooga Funeral Home- Valley View Chapel, 7414 Old Lee Highway, Chattanooga, TN 37421.

A graveside service will be held on Sunday, June 8, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Collegedale Memorial Park, 4933 College Drive East, Collegedale, TN 37315.

Bob was born in Queens, New York to John and Mae Wilkens on September 11, 1942. He was educated at Queens Day Prep School. He married Sheila Wilkens on September 6, 1969 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He graduated from the Germain School of Photography. He worked as a commercial photographer for Ross-Weiss Photography in New York City and did freelance photography, as well. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War serving in the Army.

Bob was a member of the Collegedale Seventh-Day-Adventist Church. He loved to read his Bible, pray for others, and spend time with family. He was a loving, caring, and selfless person who was devoted to his family and friends.

Bob is survived by his wife Sheila, his three children and their spouses: Robert and wife Viviane, Richard and wife Ana, Sara and husband Julio, his brother Kenneth, and six grandchildren: Ashleigh, Rachel, Lauren, Sean, Drew, and Liam.
