He was the son of the late Roy and Ada Hart and was preceded in death by two sisters, June Siler and Wanda Davis.
Bill was a veteran of the U S Air Force. In his early years he worked as a residential building contractor. Prior to retirement he worked as a property manager for Trade Bank International.
He was a member of Collegedale Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Dianne hart, of Cleveland, TN, three daughters, Amanda (Brandon) Souther, of Chattanooga, TN, Angela (Hal) Smedley, of Apison, TN, Marsha (Mike) Watterson, of Hixson, TN, two sons, Roy Hart, of Cleveland, TN, Billy Hart, of Chattanooga, TN, five grandchildren, five great grandchildren and four nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m., Friday, July 16, 2021, at the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
