Diane Carol Clement

Clement, Diane Carol, 65, passed away on January 8, 2023. She was born in Chicago, Illinois on August 9, 1957. She was a loving daughter to the late Joseph and the late Conceta née Brocato; beloved mother to William (Debbie Galvan) and Joseph; cherished grandmother to Caroline and Riley. Diane graduated from nursing school and went on to work at MacNeal Hospital for over 30 years, she also worked at Walmart for 20 years. She loved to read books, go on walks and she loved having dogs. She will be best remembered for her attitude and generosity, for always being there when she was needed.

Memorial visitation for Diane is on Thursday, January 26, 2023, from 3:00 pm. to 8:00 pm., at Ridge Funeral Home, (Edward A. Tylka, Manager), 6620 W. Archer Ave., Chicago, IL 60638. Funeral mass is on Friday, January 27, 2023 at 11:30 am, and meeting at St. Daniel the Prophet Church, 5300 S. Natoma. Inurnment of ashes at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 1400 S. Wolf Rd., Hillside, IL.
