Dearest Nephew, it's the 3rd anniversary of your death and we all miss you more today than when you first went to heaven to be with our Lord! Happy 31st bday bro...it just feels so weird saying it to you this way and not to your face. If only we can go back in time huh, I would be the happiest person in the world to have one more beer with you at the bar, to give your a hug on your bday, or just to share and hear on more last laugh with you. I'm sorry I didn't celebrate more with you on your last bday but we still had a good time last year for your birthday and I will cherish it forever. The pain is still there and it hurts sometimes but we are all holding up and getting stronger everyday as a family together. Cousin Vince - sweetie, we miss you. My favorite memory of you was when you were around 4 or 5 years old and the Easter Bunny coming to your house to deliver your Easter basket. When Aunt Liz babysit for you, I would hang out with you guys. You were always such a cute, adorable, good kid. Thank you to your mom and the Lord for sharing you with us. My dear and beloved Son. Well Saturday marked 2 months now since you been gone and it is still too hard to believe, went to cemetary this weekend for first time since the burial and it was just too hard to bear.
But then that night you appeared to me in a dream and it was soo clear and real and i looked right into your eyes and you seemed soo at peace and content.
And now i know you are with the Savior
and nothing else matters. We are the ones just left feeling the pain and grief. I just hold onto the "truth" to know we will see you again, my baby. I forever Love you my son.

Life's path brings many people in to our lives some good and some bad. You left such an impact on my cousin's  lives that I'm honored to call you "MY CUZ" too!You opened up your home to me on several occasions in middle of the night when me n my ol lady would have our disagreements and you and trina would say quit whinnin and take your but home to her ...and take henry with you its your turn...lol it was a little joke we would laugh about when we left. you are missed!! we always meet at 4:20 brother! SHOTS UP BEAR DOWN!!! sorry we never got to hook up the "WHIP" like you wanted too, we were so close fast running mobile internet so we can game in car while we cruised down lakeshore drive!

My big bro, man I dont even know where to start, it still feels like a bad dream that I cant seem to wake up from. Sometimes I still think your just gonna come bust into my room one day all loud and wake me up like you used to or just get that text from you saying to stop and bring some beer home for us. It definitly is not the same at home without you bro. I try very hard to be strong for mom and all the girls but sometimes it just gets to me not having you around anymore. I miss just us two going out and watching all the games together or watching all of our favortie tv shows that we used to be into, us going to all the different fests in the summer that you used to love to go to, how I used to come home everyday and you used to always ask me how was you day or how was work, or even just us hanging out and talking about things. I miss just having your overall presence around me that Im so used to having my whole life. When Im feeling worried about something or just feeling down sometimes I could still hear you saying "its ok Al its ok everything is gonna be alright" like in that dream I had of you and it does make me feel alot better because thats how I know your still watching over me. I just cant seem to go out and enjoy myself anymore like we used to because it just doesnt feel the same anymore without you bro, but I know you wouldnt want me to feel like that. I know you would want me to go on living my life and to have fun still with everything that comes with it. Even tho its hard to enjoy anything anymore, after today Im going to start going back to my normal life and start doing all the things I used to do because after writing this to you it kind of gave me a piece of mind about everything. Even though I never had a chance to say this to you Vince, I just wanted to let you know I looked up to you so much and everything you did. Im so proud of you for everything you accomplished in life and how you always took care of us no matter what the circumstances were, even with the short time you had on this earth you still accomplished and left us with so much. Im so damn proud to have called you my big brother. You took care of me my whole life and it just hurts cause I wish I had the chance to pay you back for everything you did for me. You dont have to worry I promise to always take care and be there for mom, katrina, and especially all three of your girls just like I know you would have. I promise to always be there to support those girls at whatever they chose to do or accomplish in life, to being there to see them walk down the isle to get there diploma on graduation, to actually walking them down the isle on there wedding day. There is not a day, hour, or second that I dont think about all the great times us two shared together bro. Thats all I could do is cherish and take those awesome memories with me forever. I love and miss you so much bro and I know we will see each other again on the otherside!

Vince, I still don't want to believe it. I can't help but rethink all of our childhood memories: From day camp at McGuane, after school on 35th street, fun times in Lansing and recent memories. As children our families were always together and I think I was like the annoying little sister you never wanted, but I always looked up to you Vince. Then you introduced me to Katrina who became my best friend. I then looked up to you both and your Marriage, And I can't help but dream for a forever love story like yours! I promise to be strong for Katrina and your Beautiful daughters, Alex and Aunt Linda! I love you cuz!

We miss you so much Vince, I wish you didn't have to leave us all so soon but, I take it as you were always the first one to take your own path and your just making sure everything is ready when the rest of our family is up there I am sure your loving it. My baby....are all the words a Mom can say. It never matters how old your child is because all a mom sees are those same eyes that looked at her since the beginning of his life. I could never be a more proud Mom of my son. He truly grown to be such a wonderful Son, Husband, Father and Brother. 
He took care of all of us and did it in such a Loving way that we always knew what his family meant to him. So now this is just the beginning of the rest of our lives and only God can give us the strength to go on without him.
