Art Artillaga, 79 years old of San Diego California, passed away January 17, 2016. He was born in Tiaong Quezon on March 4, 1936. Graduated high school from Ateneo De San Pablo. He went on to received a Bachelors in Chemistry from Mapua Institute of Technology. He was married to Angelina Reyes Quicho on January 8, 1962.
Art Artillaga had a career in Petroleum Industry for Bataan Refining Corporation and had a passion for singing and reading. He is survived by his children Arielito, Abigail, Gerald and Irene. His grandchildren are Kenneth, Nicklaus, Irina Lucas and Ayesha, Gino, Camille, and Paulene Artillage. His surviving siblings are Nemesia Artillaga, Esther Sangley and Aurora Monleon.
His family will celebrate his life with a mass at Mater Dei Church on Friday, January 22, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. To follow, a visitation at Funeraria Del Angel Humphrey, 753 Broadway, Chula Vista, CA 91910 on Friday, January 22, 2016 from 5:00 p.m.to 9:00 p.m. Eternal resting place will be next to his beloved spouse at St. Michael Cemetery in Orion, Bataan, Philippines.
