Donna is survived by her spouse, Peter J. Ferro; her mother Fe Velasco; her brother Don Velasco.
A time of reflection for Donna will be held Wednesday, June 8, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Chula Vista, 753 Broadway, Chula Vista, CA 91910. A celebration of life will occur Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at 7:00 PM. A military honors will occur Thursday, June 9, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at Miramar National Cemetery, 5795 Nobel Dr, San Diego, CA 92122.
Donna will be laid to rest in Miramar National Cemetery, San Diego, CA.
