Elvira Dominguez Rodriguez

Elvira D. Rodriguez, 93 of Bell County, Texas, passed away at her home on June 20, 2024. She was born in Etna, Nevada on February 2, 1931.In the early 40’s She worked in Chula Vista packing lemons and other citrus products.

In September of 1948, she married Matias G Rodriguez lived in Tijuana, BC Mexico and had three children. The family moved to the bay area of California. In the Bay area, Elvira had two more children and worked for the Lincord corporation (Research and Development) assembling aerospace radios. In the late 60’s Elvira and her family moved to the San Diego area and had her last child. Elvira was passionate about her Faith, reading the Bible, her family, spoiling her grandchildren and she enjoyed traveling.

Elvira is survived by her children:

Matias H. Rodriguez, Irene Monteverde (Mark), Joseph Rodriguez, Susan MacConaghy (Edward), Moises Rodriguez (Guadalupe) Sandra Rodriguez Grandchildren: Sandra, Matias III, Amanda, Melissa, Evonna, Christina, Joseph, Desiree, Diana and Michael Great grandchildren: Zachary C., Mathew, Mikaylah, Logan, Connor, Zachary S., Eleanor, Jacob, Henry, Haven, Adam, Elijah and Asher. Preceded in death by her husband of 64 years Matias G. Rodriguez and her Son David D. Rodriguez

Services will be held at Funeraria del Angel on August 5,2024 4pm-8pm

Church service held at St Charles Catholic Church August 6, 2024

10am Procession/ Internment immediately following Holy Cross Cemetery
