Francisca Lopez

Francisca was born to Tiburcio and Narcisa Lopez in Kansas City, Kansas. She was one of eight children. Francisca spent most of her adult life in Stockton, California with her husband, predeceased, Francisco Lopez.. During their fifty-one years of marriage they raised ten children. Surviving children are Gloria Aquino, Juan Aquino, Martin Aquino, Teresa de Lopez, Maria B. Garcia, Maria G. Nuñez, Juana Aquino and Maria G. Aquino. Predeceased are Lourdes and Paulina Aquino.

Francisca will always be remembered for her "happy attitude" and her lessons on family values. She taught them by quoting wise proverbs, in Spanish, known as "dichos". Her joys of life included singing, praying and cooking for her family. Her hobbies were knitting and crocheting for loved ones. Her legacy includes 21 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Francisca's life will be celebrated on Tuesday, May 29, 2012 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Humphrey, Serenity Chapel.

They are located at 753 Broadway, Chula Vista, California. 91910. A Rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m.

A funeral mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel on Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. The church is located at 2020 Alaquinas Drive, San Ysidro, Ca. 92173.
