God called our beautiful Mom and she went, surrounded by her husband, all of her children, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, and father of 102 years of age . Shortly after her last breath the sky started to cry, it rained for a short period of time. Moms first priority was her family, she worked very hard all her life to provide the best for her family. She was a mother, father, teacher, counselor, provider, friend and wore many more hats, she was the best mom ever and now mom has joined her mother and great grandchild Mateo.

Survivors include her father, Jose Gonzalez, second husband, Eleno Hernandez, her children; Jose Luis Frias, Carlos Frias, Rodolfo Frias, Alicia Coronado, Roberto Frias, Eliazar Revuelta, Patricia Ruiz, Estela Frias and 22 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren,

We knew little that morning God was going to call her name. In life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone; for part of us went with you, the day he called you home. You left us peaceful memories, your love is still our guide; and though we cannot see you, you are always at our side. Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same; but as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.

A visitation and celebration of her life will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Humphrey, 753 Broadway, Chula Vista, California, 91910, on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A rosary will be prayed in her honor at 6:30 p.m in the Serenity Chapel. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 10:00 a.m at Holy Spirit Church, 2725 55th Street, San Diego, California, 92105. Eternal resting place will be at Greenwood Cemetery in San Diego, California, immediately following her funeral mass.
