Shirley E. Cook of Imperial Beach , California passed away on March 23, 2015 at the gae of 76 years old. Shirley was born in Alabama to Colllie & Arline Robinson. She worked and raised her children in Detroit, Michigan. After she retired Shirley moved out to California. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
