Our beloved son Charles H. Woolsey II passed away peacefully on July 13, 2013 in Sacramento at the home of his father in Citrus Heights, California. Charles was 49 years of age. He was a sou chef at Fats Bistro Restaurant, for the last 12 years, in Folsom California. He graduated from California State University, and obtained a credential as a high school Teacher and taught for several years. He also taught computer classes at the University. He is survived by his father Charles, step mother Willie, half sister Kimberly Woolsey, niece Dominique Patterson and nephew J. D. Woolsey. He was also survived by his mother Carol Calloway, sister Carrie Tharp and husband Mike, niece Alyssa Tharp. Services will be Monday July 22, at 10 am at St Lawrence Catholic Church at the corner of Don Julio Blvd. and Walerga Road in North Highlands, California.
