The wife & I & our family have known JOEY for 35 years.  Joey was a co-worker & since 1993 has participated in our families week long camping trips, he never missed one.  We were fishing buddies & every Christmas he would bring us 3 dozen of his homemade tamales, YUMMY!.  Over the years his hair & goatee & mustache have changed but his sense of humor was always funny.  Will miss him terribly, Love Richard & Judy Garcia

Lots of fond memories working with Joe at the DCWWTP.  Not to mention the fun we had at the various conventions we attended.  RIP, Joe.

I've known Joe for years, he was one of my ex-husbands best friends. Joe was a beautiful man with a beautiful spirt. My ex was Alfredo Trevino,  and Joe looked after him to the day Alfredo died. Super Bowl is near Joe,Alfredo and friend Albert are all in heaven with front row seats. My love to Joes family.

I  only knew him for a short while. A very nice man. My doggy Spike really liked him too. May he rest in peace. Spike is in heaven too. Hope he gets to see his friend.
