Mark Lee Hay, age 74, of Orangevale, California passed away on Monday, January 2, 2023.
A graveside service for Mark will be held Friday, January 20, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery, 5810 Midway Road, Dixon, CA 95620.
